The Village of Webster Business Improvement District presents "Halloween in the Village"
Join us in the Community Meeting Hall, 29 South Ave. @ 11am for donuts, cider, and the annual costume contest. Judging will be from 11:30 to 12:00PM, with prizes being awarded for the Scariest and Most Original Costumes, and the "Munster Family" award will go to the best family, group themed costume.
- Trick or treat trail from 1130am to 300pm.
- New this year is the Dog-o-ween contest. Bring your pooch in costume to the gazebo at 100PM for fun and prizes.
- Take your kids through the village on the BID Festival Wagon

We went to this last year, and it was great. The turnout was great, but it wasn't overly crowded. A majority of the businesses participated and really made it a good time for the kids. If the weather is good, I definitely recommend checking it out.
