All links should be fixed

Hi everyone,

All of the link problems should be corrected now. If you click on a particular link and it takes you back to RochesterHalloween, that means I couldn't locate the updated link for the attraction, but I'm keeping it in my list anyway, assuming an update is on the way.

While going through the links, I discovered that the "Fear" attractions (Fear at Frontier & Fear at Southtown) don't appear to be in operation for 2009. If someone has some more information on these, please feel free to drop me a line.

Powers Farm Market & Haunted House of Horrors have already checked in with me with new information for the 2009 season. If anyone running a local attraction has an update for me, I'd love to update your information as well. All of the new information I've received will be going up shortly.

Stay tuned.

Broken links

I know I may have a few broken links in the Haunted Attractions listing on the right side of the page. I'm working on getting those updated. Thank you for making me aware of the issue.

The 2009 Haunting Season approaches...

Hi everyone.

Well, it's September 1st, and what better time than now to start talking about what's in store for Halloween 2009.

I stopped at the Card & Party Outlet a few days ago, and they already had all of the Halloween displays up. Incredible. School hasn't even started, and they're already pushing Halloween garb. I think one of the shelves even had Christmas decorations ready to go.

One of my additions to the blog for 2009 will be pics of homes and businesses throughout the Monroe County and the Greater Rochester area who are doing it up big for Halloween. If you are a decorating fanatic for October 31, please send me some pics and I'll do my best to get them up on the blog. I've attached a pic of my home from last year to kick things off.

I've already started receiving schedules for 2009 haunted attractions in our area, and I'll be posting those shortly as well.

As always, feel free to e-mail me with any questions or comments about RH.blogspot.com.

Talk to you soon.
